MLS Statuses Defined:
| STATUS | DEFINITION |

| ACTIVE |
A valid listing contract exists and no offer (with or without contingencies) has been accepted. This is an On-Market status. |
| ACTIVE 3PA |
Offer accepted but the sale is subject to third party approval. On-Market Status. |
| CONTINGENT |
Offer accepted but sale is subject to sale of another property. On-Market Status. |
| PENDING |
The Seller has accepted an offer and is not soliciting further offers throught the MLS. Off-Market Status. |
| SOLD |
Escrow has closed. Off-Market Status. |
| WITHDRAWN |
A valid listing contract is in effect; however, the property is no longer being marketed. Off-Market Status. |
| CANCELED |
The listing contract has been canceled in writing. Off-Market Status. |
| EXPIRED |
The listing contract has expired. The time frame of the exisitng listing contract has run out. Off-Market Status. |
| RENTED/LEASED |
The property has been rented or leased. Off-Market Status. |
