--We had to re-evaluate our job responsibilities and change some of our services to our members. Effective immediately TAAR will no longer input maps or pictures on listings. Below are the directions for performing this procedure for maps.

1) Click HERE. This will take you to the Kern County Assessor-Recorder page.
     -their website address is: http://assessor.co.kern.ca.us/index.php

2) Select: Property Search. In the next window for Search Type select APN and enter the APN number.

3) Click on Search.

4) In the next window click on View Parcel Map.

5) On the Parcel Map window click on the Save As or Copy to icon. On the Save In window enter My Pictures and the File Name window enter (MLS # or Street Address with .jpg extension.)

6) Close map and Assessor-Recorder pages. Proceed to either Paragon or Voyager.

7) Select Maintain, Listings and enter the MLS #. Select Picture Admin. Click on Browse or the Box with the three dots. Click on the map you saved, click on open, click on upload or update. Hit Back twice or Home. This takes you back to the beginning. If you are working in Voyager don’t forget to Upload and Download.

If these steps do not work for you, and you do not have a screen capture program to capture images, the TAAR Office will capture and upload the Map for you. Contact us via phone. The fee to upload the Parcel Map for you is $20.00.

All new association members have to take the Ethics exam, within three months of joining. All Realtors with four years plus of experience need to take the "Quad" exam.
